• Individual feed program based on weight/work load/age etc.  Quality hay and grains fed. Supplements   fed as per owners/vet instruction when supplied by owner.

• Full unlimited use of facility, no school to compete with.

• Herd health, farrier arranged, or use your own

• Matted, airy stalls, meticulously mucked daily

• Fresh water always available in CLEAN buckets/troughs,  outdoor troughs heated in winter.

• Blankets, sheets, masks, fly spray, etc applied for turnout.
